Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the design input conditions, complete the equipment design selection;
2. Evaluate the actual operation effect of the equipment, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the technology and the direction of selection and optimization;
3. Responsible for the equipment acceptance, assist the equipment department to complete the data sorting and transfer of the fixed data, and promote the effective equipment management norms.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with the basic principles of chemical unit operation;
2. Familiar with and master basic fluid mechanics calculations and heat transfer calculations;
3. Master the commonly used sealing technology of chemical machinery and the assembly methods and principles of conventional chemical machinery.
4. For chemical separation machinery (including solid-liquid separation, liquid-liquid separation, etc.) drying equipment, solid conveying machinery, etc.; familiar with and have relevant design experience preferred;
5. Familiar with the use of office software, CAD and other engineering drawing software; be able to use SW6, process simulation and other software is preferred.
